The Samsung Family Hub app now works only on Family Hub refrigerators with TIZEN 4.0 Software version and below. For Samsung Family Hub refrigerators that operate on TIZEN 6.0 Software version and above, the Family Hub app will no longer be supported. Please download and use the SmartThings app instead.- Features like uploading pictures and videos can be found within the Family Hub device plugin- Food related features like View Inside, Recipe recommendations, Meal Planner, Shopping List, and Food List can be found within the SmartThings Cooking Service Plugin(The Software version can be found on your Family Hub from Settings > About Family Hub> Software version > TIZEN 6.0)The following permissions are required for the app service. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed.[Required Access Permission]- Contacts: Registered Samsung Account information will be used to provide services that require account linking[Optional Access Permission]- Microphone: Needed to record voice for Memo and Whiteboard- Storage: Required to provide cloud-connected features for sharing photos and videosBug fixed

Can't get this to work with the refrigerator.
From great to useless I don't understand why you make people switch to smart thing and there no feature it's render the fridge useless can't even upload photo the fridge keep getting ofline and the grocery list is unsuabale thanks for a waist of money I'll make not to buy and not to recommend Samsung's product now on
I still cannot see what's inside my fridge!! Even after waiting months for you guys to finally update the app!! I so seriously hate Samsung products now that I have owned a dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer & dryer, TV and now the family hub all purchased within the last 4 years, I will never buy another Samsung product for as long as I live!!!!! And please do not even bother responding to my review if you are just going to respond with some copy and paste BS like I have seen on all others!!
Just bought a new Samsung Fridge that advertised the use of this app, only it does not. If your looking to use this app for new Samsung Fridge with Family Hub, it won't work because of the latest update to 6.0. Samsung have you heard of a thing called, "FALSE ADVERTISING"???

Terrible App!! Used to work, now doesn't work at all. Can't even upload family pictures to the fridge. Very upset
Tells me to go to profile link to start up... but there's NO profile link. There's nothing!
Not great. When I open the app it sticks on 'contacting the service'. All I can do is close the app and try again. Also, it keeps asking me for my password every time I try and open the app, even though I have it ticked that I want it to remember
Awesome app
I hate the new update! Before I loved it! I could view my grocery list on my phone as well as view inside. And we were able to post notes to each other!! I bought the rest of my appliances Samsung because of this and now this update has messed it all up!
